新世代Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器,風采依舊!

在前幾期的通路產品快報中有提到:在桌上型處理器市場,Intel 32奈米處理器產品線全面到齊,上至第2代Intel® Core™ i7處理器,下至全新架構的Intel® Celeron® 處理器。現在,除了桌上型處理器外,Intel 32奈米筆記型處理器產品線也全面到齊!有 旗鑑級極致型效能的第2代Intel® Core™ i7 筆記型處理器、進階型能動態提升處理器頻率的第2代Intel® Core™ i5 筆記型處理器、智慧效能入門款的第2代Intel® Core™ i3 筆記型處理器、穩健可信賴的實用型新架構Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器、以及基礎入門級的新一代Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器。因此消費者可依照自身的需求挑選適合的筆記型電腦。

本期的通路產品快報中,將針對實用型的Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器,以及基礎入門級的Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器做一系列的效能測試比較。除了進行新架構的筆記型處理器與前代筆記型處理器的效能比較外,也與競爭對手相近價位的筆記型處理器做一系列的效能比較。希望通路夥伴們及消費者能通過這一系列的測試,從而了解筆記型處理器的效能差距,進而做出正確的購買抉擇。

新舊架構處理器效能測試
除了第2代Intel® Core™ 筆記型處理器以外,Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器以及Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器也正式導入32奈米製程技術,並採用了全新處理器架構。從下圖中可得知,不 管是在日常應用或是生產力上,採用新架構的Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器及Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器的表現均比前代的處理器來的更加優異。新一代的 Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器,比起前代的 Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器提高了將近 19% 的基本運算能力。而比起前代的 Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器,新一代的 Intel® Pentium® 筆記型處理器更是提高了將近 33% 的生產力!

Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器的定位為基本入門級處理器,適合預算有限且無重度需求的使用者。其為基本入門級處理器,但它的效能卻不容小覷。看過了新舊世代處理器間的效能差距,現在我們來看看新世代的Intel® Celeron® 筆記型處理器與競爭對手處理器的效能差距。首 先將針對Intel® Celeron® B800與競爭對手的AMD E-350做比較測試。結果顯示,在HDXPRT 2010的測試中,Intel® Celeron® B800擁有超越AMD E-350兩倍效能的優越表現;而在SYSmark 2007的生產力測試中,Intel® Celeron® B800亦擁有高於AMD E-350 1.5倍的高生產力!
